The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team, ensuring quality standards and optimizing workflow efficiency. We will also consider candidates for a Production Executive role. Strong leadership skills and a background in manufacturing are essential for both positions.

  • To issue daily packing time sheet.
  • To plan day to day Tiger Balm/Medicated oil production schedule to meet the delivery date.
  • To perform line clearance and in-process packing line checks.
  • To supervise the Tiger Balm/Medicated oil packaging operators in their assigned duties.
  • To ensure goods are produced in accordance to “Good Manufacturing Practices” procedures and to ensure consistency in the production processes.
  • To receive the correct raw and packaging materials according to the requisitions and record the information accurately on the production document.
  • To liaise with purchasing department on availability of the packaging materials so as to synchronize with the production schedule.
  • To liaise with QC personnel on issue of product quality.
  • To ensure that finished goods are produced on time for sales orders.
  • Liaise with QC department for “PASSED” stickers of the finished goods.
  • To conduct closing of Packaging Materials Requisition (PMR).
  • To check daily packing time sheet at the end of the day.
  • To conduct checking of Raw Materials Requisition (PMR) weighing tag at the end of each batch of production.
  • To participate in-house GMP audit checks.
  • To participate as Safety Committee member to ensure safe work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Diploma or higher education.
  2. At least 2 years working experience.
  3. Familiar with GMP and ISO Quality System.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good report-writing skill in computer literate (Microsoft Programs)
