Job Responsibility
- Responsible for working with our sales department to improve company revenue.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings with customers during meetings/shows and identify any cross-selling and up-selling opportunity.
- Quickly and effectively solve the customer issues by maintaining quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service professionally.
- Develop and manage relationships with our customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Establish relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing business solutions and recommendations to meet customer objectives.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports on progress and forecasts to present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve the KPI set up by the company.
- Responsible for achieving overall business objectives with the customers or channels.
- Able to work independently and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Min of 1 year Customer Facing experience, with proven track record of achievements. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in English is required (Mandarin will be added advantage).
- Possess own transport, willing to travel.
- Willing to learn, positive attitude, energetic approach, self-motivated, love challenges.
- Strong communication, time management and persuasive skills at all levels of the business.
- Being independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. The candidate will need to strategies, plan, and execute sales activities to meet and exceed the targets.
