As as ERP Administrator, you will be responsible I below aspects:
* Serves as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ERP system such as Acumatica
* Works closely with vendors, contractors and the development teams to resolve certain issues that cannot be resolved in-house
* Establishes and maintain effective working relationships with end users and suppliers
* Maintains security administration of ERP system and ensures users have proper access levels to the appropriate functionality
* Develops and maintains a knowledge base of best practices for end users
* Responds promptly to end user and management needs and meets all SLAs
* Talks staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
* Analyzes software application issues and determines effective course of action to improve operational functionality
* Participating in routine meetings related to the ERP system and core IT Operational systems
* Proactively anticipates issues and make recommendations
As a Software Engineer, you will assist in the development, implementation and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our client approach.
* Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solutions development and proposed solutions.
* Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code practice.
* Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming.
* Improve operations by conducting system analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
