Job Description

  • Manage customer details in the company database
  • Engage with customer on company services and products
  • Attending online presentation to customers and stakeholders
  • Managing customer's enquiries daily
  • Collecting and assessing documents
  • Participate in the company's campaign/event organized by the company from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • At least with Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Law or any related field
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous person
  • Minimum 1 year working experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with CRM is a plus
