  • Handle data entry and be responsible for daily accounts recording functions
  • Process monthly billing, claims and payment
  • Assist in monitoring and planning cash flows.
  • Responsible for timely monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasting and budgeting.
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, currency changes, payment term)
  • Any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent certificate.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
