Main Job & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in departmental documentations
  2. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  3. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  4. Maintain status reports on procurement activities and work in progress
Background
  1. Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any relevant subject
  2. Ability to work with minimal supervision
  3. Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications (excel, word and etc)

Specific Knowledge and Skills Requirement

  1. Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
  2. Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
  4. Good time management and organizational skills
  5. Basic mathematical knowledge

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
