Main Job & Responsibilities
- Assist in departmental documentations
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Maintain status reports on procurement activities and work in progress
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any relevant subject
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications (excel, word and etc)
Specific Knowledge and Skills Requirement
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
