Key Responsibilities

1. Meeting Sales Targets & KPIs

  • Lead the charge in achieving sales KPIs at the country level
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure targets are consistently hit

2. Identifying New Marketing Opportunities & Building Relationships

  • Spot unique upselling opportunities and explore new ways to offer our services
  • Build strong relationships with new clients and potential business partners to drive growth
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with influencers, PR agencies, media networks and relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and secure new influencer talent to grow the company’s roster and database

3. Analyzing Market Trends

  • Stay on top of the latest market trends and competitor activities
  • Find innovative ways to enhance and diversify our product and service offerings

4. Client & Influencer Management

  • Oversee new and existing influencer business inquiries, ensuring regular communication and strong relationships
  • Provide top-tier client servicing and management to maintain and build solid rapport with clients
  • Unlock new budgets from current clients and seek out additional opportunities

5. Branding and Strategy

  • Propose and execute branding initiatives for both the company and exclusive influencers
  • Oversee Gushcloud’s social media presence, creating and implementing strategies that align with the company’s branding

6. Collaboration with Other Departments

  • Work closely with internal departments to assist with production planning for YouTube or other show productions that require influencers
  • Ensure seamless coordination between influencers, clients and the production team for successful project delivery

7. Regional Sales Reporting

  • Provide bi-weekly updates on sales progress during regional calls

8. Sales planning

  • Stay informed about current sales figures, understand the sales pipeline and develop strategies to expand it

9. Developing and Implementing Effective Client Strategies

  • Identify gaps and innovate ways to collaborate with influencers and content creators to deliver outstanding client solutions

10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in influencer management and talent relations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent client relationship and crisis management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to projects.
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or digital marketing industry is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, local influencers
  • Solid people and organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise and multitask in a demanding environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English
