Job Responsibilities:
- Requirements Research: Investigating IT infrastructure, data center configuration, heterogeneous equipment, current network conditions (network topology, departmental isolation, etc.), network interfacing, server access environment (logical), storage access environment (logical), and security interface.
- Requirements Analysis: Evaluate the service needs based on pre-sales solutions and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and generate a requirements analysis report, confirming the solution blueprint, responsibility matrix, delivery strategy, and hardware-software relationships.
- Software Preparation: Prepare tools, systems, and testing software according to the solution.
- Business Information Research: Collect client business system information for subsequent solution design.
- Create LLD Design Plan: Generate a detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) based on product documents and design guides, confirming with the client.
- Delivery Implementation Plan: Produce a technical implementation plan based on delivery timelines, confirming with the client.
- Software Deployment: Perform software deployment, including initial configurations and modular deployment.
- Network Testing: Support advanced service delivery and network debugging during deployment.
- Internal System Integration: Coordinate integration of all sub-modules to ensure full functionality.
- Software Self-Testing: Conduct functionality tests based on product test cases.
- Acceptance Document Preparation: Create acceptance test documents and confirm with the client.
- System Function Testing: Perform system function tests with the client according to the test cases.
- Sign Acceptance Document: Obtain client’s signature on acceptance documents after system verification and testing.
- Document Collection and Handover: Collect and transfer project documents, configuration lists, and account details to the client.
- Issue Resolution: Handle any remaining technical or non-technical issues, providing workarounds for those unsolvable in the short term.
- Client Training: Train the client on the usage and maintenance of the delivered products and solutions.
- Operations and Maintenance: Manage various client service requests in accordance with Huawei Cloud's standards and protocols, covering operational support, technical consultation, issue resolution, incident and problem management, and security management.
Special Requirements: Must be fluent in Cantonese
Education Requirement: Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Industry: No specific industry requirement
Work Experience: Delivery experience with Huawei Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, including research, solution involvement, deployment, and maintenance. At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
Job Location: Hong Kong (Relocation is required, visa will be provided)
