- Perform overall day to day accounting & finance functions.
- Responsible for data key in and reports compiling, printing, filing & admin etc.
- Handling of monthly closing of management accounts.
- Assist in account closing / audit / tax / budget, providing support to the Accounts department.
- Monitoring cash flow and preparation of budgets.
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports as per requirement of Group requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic Accounting principle is compulsory.
- Preferable 2-3 year (s) of working experience in property developer industry.
- Excellent command of both oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and any Accounting software.
- Exceptional time management and ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
