Job Descriptions

  • Promote a positive relationship between management and employees.
  • Promoting a positive workplace environment through employee communication and engagement including Implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover. (Example: employee engagement activities, Townhall, etc).
  • Prepare regular reports on employee relations activities and trends for management.
  • Assist and support Human Resources projects and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on Human Resources trends and recommend innovative practices to enhance existing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum 2 years of working experience in human resources field.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and similar programs.
  • Good in Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Canva and etc.
  • Experience in using Rymnet HRIS system is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and writing skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Exposure of working experience in fast-moving or multi-tasking or retail industry is most beneficial.
