A specialist position in globally the largest and most experienced independent specialist in SAP HCM / Payroll, leaders in designing, building and Implementing Cloud-based, Hybrid, On-prem HCM / Payroll solutions for Large, complex MNC’s and GLC’s.

This multinational, SAP Gold Partner with clients across the industry spectrum is looking for an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to be based in Malaysia. With 40 years of experience, EPI-USE Malaysia is a leading provider of SAP, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Management solutions. The team specializes in HCM encompassing HR, Talent, and Payroll with a global reach. As a key member of the team, you’ll be providing functional support services for global SAP clients in the areas of HCM Payroll and Time Management.

· Provide functional support services in the areas of HCM Payroll and Time Management for global SAP clients.

· Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and assisting clients with their SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management needs.

· Engaging in continual learning and obtain certifications in new technologies

· Staying updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends

· Understanding the intricacies of HR and Payroll processes, regulations, and best practices

· Participating in internal knowledge-sharing sessions. These sessions are platforms for learning from peers, sharing experiences, and discussing innovative solutions.

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Exhibit confidence, resourcefulness, and drive in meeting client objectives. This involves taking initiative, being proactive, and striving to exceed client expectations.

· Being respectful, ethical, and maintaining confidentiality

· An aptitude for solving issues using a logical and analytical approach.
