JOB PURPOSE

Manage Investor Relations activities to communicate with institutional and other

investors/shareholders and related financial institution/investment community, in ensuring accurate information are provided in line with fulfilment of Bursa requirements that will potentially influence investment decision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage communication with local and foreign financial/investment community on MHB’s corporate developments and quarterly financial performances.
  • Manage quarterly IR Updates / bi-annual Analyst Briefing presentation decks for dissemination to the local-foreign financial / investment community / to be used in analyst briefing.
  • Manage information to the media on MHB’s quarterly financial results and contract wins through press releases and Bursa announcement
  • Prepare and ensure all press releases are approved for dissemination by Corporate Communication department, relevant client, management committee and/or the Board.
  • Manage and review:

i) Chairman’s Message, MD & CEO’s Review and CFO’s Financial Review drafts

ii) Investor Relations Report

iii) Annual General Meeting (AGM) Materials Preparation

  • Manage, review and ensure completion of MHB presentation for AGM
  • Manage preparation of potential Q&As pertaining to the Group’s business and operations, for the Chairman and MD&CEO’s reference
  • Prepare answers to MSWG and/or investment community queries received prior to AGM to be included in Special Board presentation deck and as reference for Chairman during AGM Q&A

Event Coordination (Analyst Briefing & Yard Visit)

  • Manage analyst briefing and yard visit bi-annually for the financial / investment community to provide updates and showcase MHB’s facilities.

Market Analysis

i) Manage and review:

  • Analysis on competitors’ performance to gauge MHB performance against domestic and

international peers

  • Analysis on trending of market/industry related news / developments to draw insights for business decision that may indirectly influence investment decision of investors

IR Database Management

  • Manage maintenance of database and contact lists of fund managers and analysts
  • Managing information confidentiality and security. Discretion and knowledge on how to generalize information that can be disclosed and what type of information that cannot be disclosed
  • Broad understanding of the industry

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree specialised in finance, economics, business or related fields.
  • Min 8 years related experience
  • Strong relationship building and networking ability.
  • Candidates specializing in corporate finance must possess experience in Capital and Financing Management, Treasury and liquidity Management, and Involved in Corporate finance exercise and activities.
