Job Description:

  • Extend the job offer verbally by phone.
  • Assist with the onboarding process (email personal files, checking all documents etc).
  • Coordinate background screening & pre-employment medical arrangement.
  • Drafting employment contract.
  • Assist in monthly payroll & insurance registration.
  • Assist in leave reconciliation (physical/via system).
  • Raise payment requests in the system.
  • Other administrative duties.

Job Requirements: -

  • Diploma/Degree in any related field, or equivalent work experience. SPM leavers can still be considered.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn new things.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office function.

Additional Details: -

  • Salary Range: Up to RM2,500.00
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
  • Location: Damansara Utama, Selangor
  • Job Type: Permanent
