Job Description:
- Extend the job offer verbally by phone.
- Assist with the onboarding process (email personal files, checking all documents etc).
- Coordinate background screening & pre-employment medical arrangement.
- Drafting employment contract.
- Assist in monthly payroll & insurance registration.
- Assist in leave reconciliation (physical/via system).
- Raise payment requests in the system.
- Other administrative duties.
Job Requirements: -
- Diploma/Degree in any related field, or equivalent work experience. SPM leavers can still be considered.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn new things.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office function.
Additional Details: -
- Salary Range: Up to RM2,500.00
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
- Location: Damansara Utama, Selangor
