  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Finance graduates or candidates who like numbers and are dedicated to completing assigned task(s) within the day will fit well in this role. The Department primarily manages fund prices/Net Asset Value (NAV) and trades confirmations for all of the funds in the Company.

*NOTE: Candidates will be required to attend early morning shifts onsite and work on Public Holidays/Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • To perform daily trades confirmation with brokers and financial institutions
  • To extract and verify market closing prices for Equity and Fixed Income trades
  • To monitor corporate actions and maintain the Security Master in the system
  • To liaise with trustees, custodians and the Press on new fund accounts opening and fund prices publication
  • To prepare statutory reporting

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/ Accounting or other related fields
  • 1 – 2 years working experience in relevant field
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Able to work with tight deadlines
  • Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but who have strong academic credentials will also be considered
