Job Description

  • Support vendor performance by tracking and ensuring they meet headcount (HC) targets.
  • Identify hiring needs and communicate requirements, changes, and new schemes to agencies.
  • Design and implement incentives and penalization schemes to improve agency performance.
  • Conduct onboarding coordination for agencies hiring for different teams and locations.
  • Communicate part-time headcount needs to HRBP and ensure timely allocation to agencies.
  • Prepared and managed contract renewals for agency workers, ensuring timely extensions.
  • Assist in setting up effective pitch strategies to attract talent through agency partners.
  • Support in any ad-hoc related task and initiatives to ensure the organization goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or any related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in vendor & workforce management within e-Commerce, supply chain or similar industry
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and is comfortable working with data
  • Well-developed interpersonal, and communication skills, and adaptability to changes
  • Prior involvement in project coordination and execution
  • Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
