  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about oil and gas operations through Business Development, Module Development and Marketing portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with our VDA team to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with marketing campaign. This role offers hands-on involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects within our organization.

We are immediately fresh graduate to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for Velesto Drilling Academy under Corporate Services division joining us as early in October/November 2024.

Job Responsibility:-

  • Supporting day to day operation of VDA.
  • Under supervision BDM to prepare the quote and proposal
  • Under supervision BDM to ensure all supporting documents, paperwork required to deliver are complete in timely manner as per contract/proposal requirements.
  • Under supervision BDM responsible to update VDA sales and marketing materials.
  • Whenever needed, to support classroom/course delivery management.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by both sales & operations team that are related to the job from time to time

Minimum Requirements:-

  • Undergraduate student with Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Administrative Science, Business Management, Technology Management or equivalent
  • Proficient in English and Malay language
  • Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Event Management & Design – Canva (added advantage)
  • Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL
  • Malaysian (Applicants from a diverse background would be encouraged to apply)
  • Age 26 and below
