About the role

As an Associate/Senior Associate of Learning Design, you will contribute significantly to creating impactful learning experiences. You will design engaging, effective, and learner-centric solutions that are aligned with industry trends and the evolving needs of adult learners.

Your key responsibilities

  • Apply principles of andragogy, active learning, and learner-centered design to designing learning experiences
  • Develop the necessary supporting materials for instructors and learners: scripted facilitator guides, handouts, assignments, assessments and other teaching tools
  • Collaborate with Design Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver holistic, job-relevant learning
  • Track progress via project management tools
  • Maintain knowledge of new developments in learning science, learning design, and learning technologies

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in instructional design, experience design, curriculum development, and e-Learning, preferably in the EdTech/Education/Training/HR industry. Experience in designing skill development programmes for adult learners is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and emerging educational technologies
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong orientation to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within/across teams
  • Out-of-the-box thinking, adaptability and a collaborative working style
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the future of work
