  • Manage all documentation such as project record files, customer data file, daily visit report and others.
  • Responsible to build up project pipeline to meet KPI
  • Explore new customers and looking for the opportunity of potential customers and follow up.
  • Execute strategies from the management
  • Collect the market information concerning competitors, changes in market.
  • Access client’s needs, explain and demonstrate products to them. It involves in providing technical description of product and describing the purpose of use or the application of products.
  • Provide the solutions to customers.
  • Responsible to achieve monthly sales target, monthly projects given by company.
  • Other tasks given by department head
  • Must be strong presentation skill
  • Good written and spoken English is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Market analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will definitely be an advantage.
