1. Sales Leadership and Team Management:

2. Strategic Sales Planning and Analysis:

  • Analyze industry data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor industry load factors (capacity utilization) and adjust sales tactics to optimize container utilization and profitability.
  • Regularly update market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
  • Foster positive customer rapport through effective communication, entertainment activities, and addressing their specific needs.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential target accounts with high revenue potential.

4. Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Analyze and monitor daily sales productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports summarizing team performance, industry trends, and challenges encountered.
