Requirements:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and problems.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate closely with workshop technicians.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage, as we frequently deal with Chinese-speaking customers.
Job Responsibilities:- Support the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist in managing a team of skilled technicians.
- Organize the daily workshop schedule and efficiently allocate resources.
- Handle material requisitions from relevant departments as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Manage inventory and monitor workshop expenses systematically.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Able to work in Bahau, Kluang, Temerloh or Kuantan.
