Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate closely with workshop technicians.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software applications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage, as we frequently deal with Chinese-speaking customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in managing a team of skilled technicians.
  • Organize the daily workshop schedule and efficiently allocate resources.
  • Handle material requisitions from relevant departments as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Manage inventory and monitor workshop expenses systematically.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Able to work in Bahau, Kluang, Temerloh or Kuantan.
