Role Overview:
The Marketing assistant is responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and creative content to support the company’s marketing initiatives. This role involves producing a variety of content types, including social media posts, videos, and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop visually appealing, informative, and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and more.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy that aligns with brand messaging and tone.
- Produce multimedia content, including graphics, infographics, and videos, to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on storytelling concepts to engage the audience and effectively communicate brand messages.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to build an active online community.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and drive engagement.
Campaign Support:
- Work with the marketing team to develop content for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure all content aligns with the campaign’s goals and contributes to the company’s overall marketing strategy.
SEO & Analytics:
- Research keywords and trends to optimize content for SEO and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach
Content Strategy & Planning
- Assist in brainstorming and planning the content calendar, aligning with key marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Possesses at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar marketing role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
