Job Summary:
you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality video content across multiple platforms, including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels.
You will ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice and goals, engage with followers, and contribute to the growth and visibility of the firm.
This role requires a strong grasp of video editing tools, content ideation, and platform management, with a focus on delivering timely and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Shooting:- Plan and execute video shoots to produce high-quality, engaging content.- Align all content with the firm's brand voice and goals.
2. Video Editing:- Edit videos using CapCut and Canva to ensure professional and visually appealing content.- Apply effects, transitions, and music to enhance engagement.
3. Content Ideation and Creation:- Brainstorm and develop content ideas that resonate with the target audience.- Stay current with trending topics and incorporate them into content strategies.
4. Copywriting:- Write compelling captions, titles, and descriptions to complement video content.- Ensure alignment of written content with brand messaging and tone.
5. Platform Management:- Oversee content distribution across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels.- Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
6. Content Bank Management:- Organize and execute a content bank provided by partners.- Ensure easy access and proper categorization of content for future use.
7. Content Creation Process Development:- Develop and implement an efficient content creation and distribution process.- Collaborate with team members for consistent content delivery.
8. Reporting:- Prepare and send monthly reports on content creation, distribution, and performance metrics.- Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve content strategy.
Experienced Required
1. Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in content creation, with a focus on video content and social media management.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and other video editing tools.
3. Content Strategy: Demonstrated experience in content ideation, creation, and platform management.
4. Reporting: Experience in preparing performance reports and analyzing data.
