  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the team:

  • Build reliable, trusty, and long-term relations with assigned customers
  • Negotiate & motivate customers to carry out their loan’s obligations
  • Provide an up to date information to customers about their current debt and channels or repayment
  • Follow up with customers who did not fulfill their promises to pay
  • Establish repayment schedules based on customer's financial situations
  • Fulfil the KPI’s established by Collection managers
  • Provide high-quality customer service for delinquent clients based on best practices

About the Assignment:

  • Problem-solving and argumentation ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation skills to persuade customers to repay the debt
  • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
  • Customer-oriented and has good customer service skills
  • Able to work under stress

  • Honest, pro-active, customer-oriented and detail-focused
  • Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines
  • Team player

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  • Experienced in related field (Financing , Servicing)
  • Enthusiasm towards learning
  • Able to perform critical problem solving & perform excellent communication skill
  • Able to communicate in fluent in Bahasa & English, Chinese speaking will be an advantages on the role
