As the Commercial IT Solution Delivery Manager,

You are the product owner of commercial solutions, governing operations and change deployment with strategic vendor governance. You will drive the execution of digital initiatives for commercial functions on time & on budget as well as provide support to existing commercial solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Technology Leadership: Oversee & govern existing Commercial IT solutions within Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
  • Digital Initiatives: Drive, execute and deploy Commercial digital solutions through strong collaboration and excellent project management, to enable the digital transformation of commercial execution in markets.
  • Project Management: Develop & execute an integrated digital program roadmaps ensuring timely, quality and cost-effective delivery. As part of your role, you are expected to establish and report KPIs to track solution health, adoption and customer satisfaction as well as drive continuous improvement.

Some examples of projects (not an exhaustive list):

  • SAP – Sales & Distribution: Integration of all other Commercial applications that will be deployed.
  • Route-to-market & Commercial Capabilities: Sales Force Automation, DMS rollout, Route Optimization tool etc.
  • Winning at Point of Sale: Image Recognition tool, Connected Coolers and Cooler Maintenance platforms
  • Digital Commerce: B2B and other digital commerce solutions in line with the Coca-Cola SIMA Digital Commerce strategy
  • Paperless Operations: Identifying opportunities and deploying solutions to digitize operational processes

Qualifications

You will need to:

  • Possess a Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science or related computer engineering. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner or PMP are an added advantage
  • Come with 6 years or more experience in SAP Sales & Distribution Module. Knowledge in other Sales & Distribution applications i.e. SFA, DMS, CRM will be an added advantage
  • Have experience in Digital technologies (Mobile & Web), Enterprise Solution Needs and Innovative Solutions
  • Have experience in managing multiple business stakeholders, vendor management, project deployment and a track record of delivering digital solutions
  • Have insights to key industry trends in FMCG and new solutions/capabilities available
