In This Role You Will:
- Design & Upload: Create and upload banners for our marketplaces (basic Canva skills required, Photoshop is a bonus!).
- Promotional Ideas: Assist in brainstorming exciting promotional ideas like flash sales, discounts, etc.
- Live Sessions Prep: Help prep for live streaming sessions, including creating PowerPoint slides for the host, setting up the backdrop, and organizing merchandise.
- Live Hosting (Optional): If you're an outgoing person who loves the camera, you could even host live sessions!
- Marketplaces Management: Answer customer inquiries in chat across all platforms and ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Data Management: Use Excel and Google Sheets to track numbers and keep our sales organized.
- Deadlines: Be attentive to deadlines—it’s super important!
You’re A Great Fit If You Have/Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MassComm, Ecommerce or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4 -6 months of internship period
- Basic Design Skills (Canva or Photoshop is a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (comfortable with data and numbers)
- Strong Attention to Detail (deadlines are crucial in this role)
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal for chat inquiries)
- Proactive & Independent Attitude (you take initiative and don’t wait for instructions)
- Outgoing Personality (bonus points if you're comfortable hosting live sessions!)
- Flexibility with Working Hours (willing to work late nights/early mornings for live sessions)
- Own Transport (posses a vehicle & driving license)
- Experience in E-commerce Platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok (familiarity is a plus)
- Willingness to Learn & Adapt (open to tackling a wide variety of tasks)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
