Job Responsibility
Develop strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, identify business opportunities, and enhance Company's branding and market positioning across diverse channels-website, email, social media, events and content.
Develop new marketing initiatives to support and drive the Company's sales budget and business growth while improving project's profitability.
Assist in managing and leading marketing team to achieve Company's or/and departmental quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Work closely with internal and external parties on all advertising and promotional activities.
Conduct market surveys, prepare market/competitor analyses, consistently obtain updates, and understand market dynamics and preferences of purchasers to formulate marketing strategies that boost sales and take-up rates.
Monitor and manage all marketing activities to ensure performance, growth, and profitability.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align branding and advertising strategies with overall business objectives and achieve growth targets.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 to 5 years  working experience in marketing and content marketing will be an advantages.
Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Leadership Abilities.
Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
Strong interpersonal skill and knack for creative problem solving.
Creative thinker and with in keen eye for detail in brand representation.
Result-oriented, enthusiastic, critical thinking willing to learn and help our team.
Preferred proven track record of successfully managing campaign funds and ad spend.
Strong command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
 Excellent multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
