* Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on
services.
* Resolving customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently to ensure
customer satisfaction.
* Handling returns, exchanges, or refunds as per company policies.
* Building rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty to the
brand.
Product Knowledge:
* Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including
features, benefits, and pricing.
* Staying updated on product changes, promotions, and new releases.
* Being able to articulate product details clearly and persuasively to customers.
Communication Skills:
* Communicating effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other
stakeholders.
* Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns.
* Tailoring communication style to different customers and situations.
* Handling objections or difficult situations with empathy and patience.
Team Collaboration:
