Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted leads within Singtel’s consumer and SMB sole proprietorship customer base.

Effectively communicate GXS business banking’s value proposition to prospective customers, focusing on their business needs.

Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a high conversion rate to interested prospects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telesales activities, including call logs, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using the CRM system.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion.

Achieve or exceed the daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for lead generation and conversion.

●Proven experience in telesales or customer service, ideally within business banking or telecommunications.

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) ideally.

●Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a large number of leads while maintaining high productivity.

●Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems; experience with Singtel's current CRM system is a plus.

●Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

●Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration package

-Basic: Up to RM2700

-KPI: RM500

-Attendance allowance: RM100

-9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
