This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at Engage Life in Petaling Jaya. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, offering customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask effectively
  • Experience in the wellness or customer service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
