Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum Personal Assistant to support daily operations and provide administrative assistance to senior management. This role combines both administrative duties and personal assistance to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, filing, and scheduling.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain office records and ensure that all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external clients.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the executive as required.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support the executive in managing ongoing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
- Help in preparing project documentation and coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative or PA role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
