What You'll Do

  • Sales Target Achievement: Strategically lead Agency business to exceed monthly sales targets, driving aggressive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strategic Proposal Development: Craft tailored, winning proposals aligned with organizational goals and agency expectations.
  • Cross-functional Synergy: Facilitate seamless and effective partnership and coordination with external partners and internal teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Planning: Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making, manage sales plans, and stay ahead of digital technology trends.
  • Advertiser Management & Growth: Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development.
  • Campaign/project management: Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative, Influencer Marketing and Publisher Growth teams to drive campaign performance and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Analyze and report campaign performance with meaningful insights.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Facebook, Google: Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile App), data and technology.

Who You Are

  • Ideally 1-2 years experience in Digital Marketing or Media Agency as Business Development/ Account Manager/ Strategy & Performance
  • Proven expertise in developing organizational business development direction and implementing strategic proposals
  • Proven account management experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask
  • Excellent organizational, project management, written and verbal presentation skills
  • Track record of leadership in team management and driving department success
  • Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
