Internship- Operation Officer

(A) Requirements
- Candidates must be in their Penultimate Year for a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- No work experience required.
- Interested in Customer Service and Operations.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong desire to self-learn.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday.

(B) Responsibility
- Handle customer service helpline.
- Handle and investigate customers' complaints.
- Assist in preparing items ordered from the outlets.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone and email messages from customers.
- Ensure the adherence of company procedures on a daily basis.
- To provide analysis and be involved with internal control enhancements.
- Assist with the executions of all other operations or HR related tasks.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
