Your new role
As the Director of Leasing & Strategy, you will oversee leasing and sales operations within a diverse portfolio including:
- Formulate and execute strategic leasing plans that align with organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and tenant demographics to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and enhancement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, brokers, and property owners, to facilitate successful leasing outcomes.
- Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favourable terms that benefit both tenants and the organization.
- Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track leasing effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in leasing management and or property sales
- Deep understanding of property management, market trends, and legal framework
- Strong strategic capabilities and internal / external stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication skills
