Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SAP Ariba project implementation or new business requirement development
- Perform SAP Ariba and system related work, including business requirement analysis, solution design, project implementation, testing support, and user training.
- Perform system configuration and customization of the Ariba platform
- Implement change management to improve utilization of procurement system – Ariba in APAC
- Manage 3rd party Ariba Consultant to resolve problem face by APAC user
- Monitor support and ensure compliance of APAC procurement activities, including:
- Ensure of procurement activities compliance to regional procurement policy
- Generate report to APAC OpCo to ensure on-time process for P2P (Procure to Pay). For example PO, receiving, Invoicing, Payment management
- Generate report to APAC OpCo to ensure compliance for S2C (Source to Contract). For example NDA, Supplier Assessment form, cloud Assessment, Contract, Supplier Performance
- Provide summary report to all APAC OpCo on their compliance status and KPI
- Support supplier and internal stakeholder if they have problem in procurement system – Ariba
- Manage of FBAP procurement member station in Malaysia office
- Perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 - 4 years experiences in procurement role and hands-on implementing Ariba system.
- Proven expertise in system configuration and customization of the Ariba platform
- Experience with Procurement Agreement and Contract
- Experience in Tender, Bidding and Negotiation
- Experience in Spend Analysis and Category Management
- Supplier Relationship management
- Read, Write and Communicate in Mandarin
- SAP Ariba certified – P2P/S2C/SLP (plus point)
