Key Account Manager (Fmcg - Overseas)

• Develop and implement account strategies for key customers in the overseas market.
• Manage relationships with major retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product availability.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.
• Track account performance metrics and report on sales activities.
• Prepare regular updates for senior management on account performance and strategic initiatives.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts in the overseas market. This role involves strategic planning, customer engagement, and driving sales growth to meet and exceed company objectives.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in oversea FMCG environment.
• Computer literate.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Able to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).
• Self-motivated, independent and with loads of enthusiasm, able to manage time and work pressures.
• Those without academic qualification but have worked thru' the ranks to the position of Sales Manager (with proven track record) is encouraged to apply.
