Primary Position Objective
Strategize, implement, improve, monitor & review, and sustain new culture across PTP including Vision & Mission and Core Values and drive towards performance improvement (including to support Take Cost Out (TCO) and Get Revenue In (GRI)) across all functional units, and transformation maturity assessment to understand transformation & culture change implementation and sustainment with collaboration and coordination with external & internal teams and stakeholders including partners and agents.
Embed and integrate new culture with all transformation elements including Vision & Mission, Core Values, Way of Working (include Operating System (OS) and Lean), Safety, Digital and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). Drive and support relevant communications and plans.
Support Senior Management Team (SMT) to review medium to long term strategies and PTP Strategic Plan, ensure KPIs alignment and monitor company's performance towards excellence through improvements.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Drive and implement sustainable transformation and culture change.
Implement, improve and sustain PTP transformation culture while embedding and integrating transformation elements including Vision & Mission, Core Values, WoW, Safety, Digital and ESG with collaboration and coordination with respective partners and stakeholders that aligned with Vision & Mission, PTP Strategic Plan, Management direction and medium to long term strategies.
Lead transformation initiatives
Lead, coordinate, collaborate and manage transformation initiatives as per agreed timeline and meet target objectives.
Training, coaching, mentoring and facilitation.
Plan and conduct culture transformation trainings as per planned, and ensure effective learning and people embrace new culture.
Provide coaching & mentoring whenever required and facilitate brainstorming & discussion sessions (e.g. Management Retreat).
Initiate and conduct gemba activities and follow up upon findings closure and encourage & motivate others to perform the same.
KPI Setting & Alignment
Ensure KPIs setting, cascading & alignment from PTP level to respective Divisions.
Communication, Dashboard & Reporting
Prepare and design communication related materials and consolidate from respective stakeholders.
Prepare and collect data for dashboards and reports for APMT, PTP Management and internal stakeholders (include data collection & analysis and review for improvement and strategy/plan adjustment) and ensure dashboards and reports are completed on time with good quality and accuracy.
Policies and Information Integrity
Responsible for the implementation of Information Security (IS) and IT policies that reflect the organizations needs with regards to the protection of information and assets and the integrity and privacy of the organizations intellectual property.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
Bachelor or higher degree preferable.
Change management certification has added advantage.
Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken.
Experience
At least 3 years experience in culture transformation, transformation planning & implementation and strategic management.
Skills
Good change management and interpersonal skills, able to focus on business impact and change in behavior for the new way of working and thinking to embed new culture.
Good collaborator with good coordination skills.
Good presentation skill and able to explain complex concept in simple way.
Clear & persuasive influencing and communication skills; able to influence and communicate at all levels across the local organization and guide them toward achievements.
Good workshop facilitation & training skills with the ability to adapt to local cultural differences.
Open minded & positive attitude and high drive to succeed and break through barriers while prioritize collaboration and relationship building for alignment & buy-in and achieve sustainable results.
