JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To conduct end-to-end sourcing activities and purchasing of material or service processes.
- To liaise and execute negotiation process with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost of material.
- To conduct supplier qualification, evaluation and follow-up on vendor price, quality and delivery performance.
- To establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor suppliers’ performance.
- To review, monitor, prepare and perform supplier database, report & record, procurement activities and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Store, Account and other departments on material planning and budgeting.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by Superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin.
- More than 3 years working experiences in procurement is preferable (especially in furniture industry).
- Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.
- Good personality and excellent communication skill.
- Must able to work in Shah Alam and can travel.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
