- Maintain a good level merchant servicing.To monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new account.
- Merchant servicing, handle & follow up merchant’s complaints & feedback.Active engagement with the merchant.
- Conduct training to new merchant.
- To create and build up good relationship between organization and merchant to create loyalty business partner.
- Monitoring sales claim and ensure no sales claim expired.
- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline STPM/ SPM
- Minimum 3 years related experience and with leading team experiences.
- Lesson planning skills to plan lessons by incorporating the key elements systematically.
- Presentation skills to deliver the content to participants.
- Able to communicate to all level and target audience.
- Listening skills to empathize and listen to other person’s ideas.
- Persuasion skills in order to move others into positive action, attitudes and behavior, ability to handle & manage stress.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- PC literate.
