JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst for Solutions & Proposals in Malaysia to support its growing Work Dynamics business. The ideal candidate will excel in proposal development, stakeholder collaboration, risk assessment, and process improvement, while possessing strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development and Management:

  • Drive the creation of winning solutions and proposals for clients

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including strategy development, timeline creation, and resource allocation

  • Develop clear, articulate, and competitive value propositions

  • Identify, capture, and develop winning themes

  • Ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentation standards

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with Country Sales Leads and other Solutions & Proposals team members

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to build comprehensive solutions, including staffing models, savings projections, and technology offerings

  • Work with creative teams to enhance the visual impact of tender responses and presentations

Analysis and Risk Assessment:

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to differentiate JLL's proposals

  • Assess financial and operational risks for JLL

  • Evaluate the alignment of proposed solutions with commercial models

  • Identify and address potential risks or gaps in responses and solutions

Quality Control and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure high-quality, customer-focused tender responses within allocated timeframes

  • Conduct formatting, proofreading, and copy-checking

  • Identify and implement bid/proposal process improvements and best practices

  • Monitor and highlight continuous improvement opportunities

Global Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Participate in the wider Solutions & Proposal Team across the globe

  • Champion proposal best practices and facilitate knowledge exchange

  • Work closely with the Asia Pacific Bid COE team to maintain the bid library and other relevant business development collateral

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation software

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in proposal writing and bid management (preferably in the real estate or facilities management industry)

  • Understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and/or Project Management solutions (preferred)
