The Service Operations will support the execution of strategic initiatives to optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on assisting with business offering management, recruitment processes, and service resource coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service Resource Support: Monitor service performance metrics and align service offerings with business goals; provide logistical support for training sessions on service delivery enhancements.

• Project Coordination: Aid project management by scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders.

• Data Analysis Support: Compile and analyze performance data to assess initiative effectiveness, maintain metric records, and assist management in resolving discrepancies.

Good to have:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in scheduling and organizing recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with timelines and tracking candidate progress in recruitment databases.

• Newsletter Management: Collaborate on creating and distributing internal newsletters to share updates on best practices, resource allocations, and operational goals with stakeholders.

• Business Target Coordination: Support local business targeting activities, including planning and executing future offerings based on competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in an operational role, ideally in global business services or resource management.

• Minimum diploma in a related field.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and listening in English and Mandarin; fluency in Cantonese is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
