Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Service Agent at Hotel Royal Signature located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to hotel guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
- Attention to Detail and Multitasking skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
