We are looking for a skilled Islamic Banking and Operations Analyst to support complex projects like Rizq Consulting Inc.'s operational process overhaul for Aya Financial. This part-time, flexible role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of Islamic finance principles while honing your skills in process improvement and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Assessment & Data Collection: Collaborate in initial assessments, supporting client meetings, conducting system audits, and gathering key data to identify operational pain points, inefficiencies, and gaps.
  • Process Improvement & System Clean-Up: Assist in centralizing task management, eliminating task duplications, and simplifying checklists to align with core operational goals.
  • Data Management: Organize client files, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other critical documents to ensure streamlined and effective data handling.
  • System Integration Support: Aid in implementing system integrations (e.g., HubSpot) to create cohesive workflows for client communications, task management, and document management.
  • Automation Setup: Support in setting up and monitoring automated workflows, task assignments, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with process assessments, data collection, and reporting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot, and strong Excel skills, including dashboard creation.
  • Project Collaboration: Comfortable working in a structured project environment, assisting with assessments, system audits, and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and client communication skills for seamless interaction with team members and clients.
Position Details:
  • Hourly Commitment: 15 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: 9 RM - 12 RM per hour (based on experience)
  • Work Hours: Flexible overnight shifts between 8 PM - 8 AM (Malaysian time) on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts.
