Job Responsibility
- To provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
- To provide hands-on technical support and various type of POS terminal training to clients.
- To load and configure software for POS terminal.
- To perform POS terminal installation and support at customer site.
- Troubleshoot and repair POS terminal if required.
- Responsible to undertake special duties which may assign by Superior.
- Able to take shift, work overtime, weekends or public holidays if required.
- Must possess own transport.
- Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT, Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A well-disciplined and right attitude employee .
- Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team.
- Knowledge of POS Terminal is an added advantage.
- POS terminal training will be provided.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
