Our Senior Associate For Learning & Development (L&D) Will Work On Learning And Development Projects And Initiatives In The Astro Learning & Development Team
- Play the role of a Learning Business Partner for Business Units and work with leaders to identify Business Unit learning needs.
- Curate leadership and employee programs by conducting learning needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within the organization.
- Develop customized training programs for all employee levels that align with Astro objectives.
- Develop various instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to meet diverse learning needs. Develop tools and measure effectives of training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, ensuring trainings are well-organized, and engaging.
- Develop content to market training programs internally while tracking learning hours and learning data analytics through dashboards.
- Oversee, plan and execute the Astro Young Talent Programme (AYTP) framework and program implementation, working with Astro managers and project sponsors.
Qualifications and Requirements
The Senior Associate for Learning & Development candidate that we are looking for:
- Have at least 5-8 years working experience in Learning & Development.
- Able to curate learning and development programs for employees, thinking in a structured manner.
- Practical experience in content development, as well as planning and overseeing training events and programs.
- Familiarity with the HRDC/HRDF claims and levy process will be added advantage
- Strong project management skills. Capable of managing multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
- Have strong organizational, interpersonal, public speaking, verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills.
- Have strong sense of teamwork. Able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work together in a project or team environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint.
