Your Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead our HR department. This role is pivotal in driving our organisational growth and maintaining a harmonious workplace. You will be responsible for recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and the implementation of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
Responsibilities
To oversee the HR Department based on the following scope:
- Strategic Human Resource Planning: Identify and address current and future Human Resource needs to support the organisation's growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from identifying top talent to implementing effective training programmes for talent retention.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, creating an environment that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement. Handle Industrial Relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws and fostering a harmonious workplace.
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, support employee career development, and contribute to succession planning initiatives.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development. Conduct regular performance reviews and establish improvement plans as needed.
- HRMS Implementation: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a robust HRMS, streamlining HR processes, improving data accuracy, and enhancing decision-making.
- Administrative Oversight: Ensure smooth coordination and management of administrative tasks, maintaining a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Possess a degree or master's qualification in Human Resource or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel to our operating centres across Malaysia to provide on-site assistance and support in addressing HR-related issues.
