Job Responsibility
- Lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure all areas of the room are clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain consistent high-quality standards.
- To organize employees shifts, training and motivating team members.
- To have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
- To ensure the cleanliness of public areas, guestrooms, uniform/linen/guest laundry and surround service areas and ensure maximum guest satisfaction, adhering to the standard required by our hotel.
- Oversee inventory, ordering and proper usage of cleaning supplies, equipment and linens.
- To supervise Housekeeper, PA Attendant, Linen Attendant/Seamstress/Runner Performing various routine, periodic, project and ad hoc cleaning activities at the hotel.
- Minimum SPM
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar field. Possess working experience in supervisory role especially in housekeeping and preferably from shopping mall/ hotel industry.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
- Must be able to give direction to Housekeepers.
- Good in Microsoft Office and able to update data and prepare Housekeeping reports
- Able to work on Public Holiday & weekends.
- 5 days work in a week.
