Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and workflow amongst clinic assistants.
- Compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training and meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather and analyse patient feedback to improve clinic services.
- Managing and analysing marketing data.
- Managing stock intake and invoices.
- Handling office supply inventory and to order necessary items.
- Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient demographics and sales results for management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably in Healthcare Administration or Business Management.
- Proven experience in administrative management and sales, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on staff matters.
