- Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training & development and other HR related support.
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records. Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.
- Ensure all office administrative work are well maintained.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Multi-tasking, good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- 5 working day (Monday to Friday)
