  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training & development and other HR related support.
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records. Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.
  • Ensure all office administrative work are well maintained.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Multi-tasking, good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • 5 working day (Monday to Friday)
