Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Circular Resolutions, Annual Returns, and necessary statutory documents.
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory forms and returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
- Assist in drafting meeting minutes and participate in organizing Board/Committee Meetings and General Meetings, including preparing agenda papers and meeting files.
- Support administrative tasks related to compliance with relevant legal frameworks such as the Company’s Constitution, Joint Venture/Shareholders’ Agreement, Companies Act 2016, Securities Commission Guidelines, and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audit reviews and provide requested information, as well as liaise with external company secretaries/lawyers for overseas subsidiaries on secretarial matters.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, MAICSA or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Well conversed in English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway
