- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Efficiently managing client data in CRM, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for strategic decision-making, and conducting in-depth research on sales statistics.
- Staying abreast of the competitive landscape and market trends, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Working seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring a collaborative work environment, and contributing to the professional development of team members and clients.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the brokerage or financial industry. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferred.
- You are proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends.
- You have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- You possess networking and relationship-building skills to expand the company's client base.
- You understand market dynamics and industry trends.
- You are familiar with relevant technologies or trading platforms, which is a plus.
